How do I ride?
- Call (618) 443 9087 to speak with our dispatch team. Try to call at least 24 hours in advance. We are available Monday – Friday 5 AM – 5 PM.
- Tell the dispatch who you are, where you need to go and when you need to be there. They will also need to know if there are any additional riders and if you need a return trip.
- Expect a 30 minute pick-up window when waiting for the driver.
- Sit back and enjoy riding with MRTD.
Riders with special needs
All transit vehicles are ADA compliant, wheelchair lift equipped and drivers are trained in passenger assistance. Please let dispatch know if a personal assistant will be accompanying the rider at the time of scheduling.
