1. Call (618) 443 9087 to speak with our dispatch team. Try to call at least 24 hours in advance.  We are available Monday – Friday 5 AM – 6 PM.




2. Tell the dispatch who you are, where you need to go and when you need to be there.  They will also need to know if there are any additional riders and if you need a return trip.




3. We ask that you be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.




4. Sit back and enjoy riding with MRTD.

Riders with special needs

-All transit vehicles are ADA compliant, wheelchair lift equipped and drivers are trained in passenger assistance.  

-MRTD drivers can always lend a hand to help a rider from their door to the bus, and while getting on board. 

-Please let dispatch know if the drivers assistance will be needed or if a personal assistant will be accompanying the rider at the time of scheduling.
